Canon DC50 DVD Camcorder

One cool thing about the Canon DC50 DVD camcorder is that it can also take 5-megapixel photos like a dedicated still camera. It features an optical image stabilized lens, 9-point autofocus and a built-in flash with red-eye reduction, as well as enhanced user controls, including aperture priority, shutter priority, special scene modes and image effects.
The double-duty Canon DC50 of course offers top-notch features as a camcorder: direct-to-DVD recording convenience and advanced video technology. That’s why it’s top of the line in Canon’s release this week of seven of their new video camera lineup.
Canon announced this week its new DC230, DC220 and DC210 DVD camcorders as well as the ZR850, ZR830 and ZR800 mini-DV camcorders. Plus, of course, the DC50.
